Bad: Getting a random leg cramp at who-knows-what hour. (I hope my growls of agony didn't wake up my housemate.)
Good: My body clock seems to wake me up at 6:30am, so it didn't matter that my alarm clock was unplugged. (Of course it helps when I decide not to sleep in. I didn't wake up until 7:30am yesterday and I had no alarm set.)
Here I was going to catch the train today so that I can start getting back into shape. No way I'm doing that now if my leg is sore.
